Welcome! My name is Mikala Selich, owner of Guided Goals Therapy LLC. As a Master's Level Psychologist working with women, young adults, and teens, I provide a supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I believe that each person has inherent strengths and resilience, and my role is to help you reconnect with those strengths while guiding you towards achieving your therapy goals. Together, we will explore patterns, build coping skills, strengthen self-worth, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

With women and young adults, I treat anxiety and depression while supporting life transitions, academic, career, and relationship challenges, motherhood, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and infertility. With pre-teens and teens, I support emotional regulation, peer relationships, school stress, identity development, anxiety and depression.
