My name is Mikala Selich. I provide a warm space to help women, children, teens, and young adults navigate life's challenges with unconditional positive regard and support. I will meet you where you are, empower your strengths, and guide you toward healing, growth, and the life you envision.

I believe that each person has inherent strengths and resilience, and my role is to help you reconnect with those strengths while guiding you towards achieving your goals. Together, we will explore patterns, build coping skills, strengthen self-worth, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I will support you every step of the way.
